Building strategic partnerships with organizations who had large, active communities, like the Girl Scouts and the School District of Philadelphia, aligned perfectly with the mission of the event.
Girl Scout Patch
Promotion Through Happy Hours
Partnerships with various venues across Philadelphia extended our reach and helped to introduce our dance party, fundraiser to a different demographic.
Emails, display ads, web banners, and other digital ads for building monitors were created to promote.
Collateral
Postcards and door hangers were distributed to sponsors, participating talent, local businesses and various apartment buildings throughout the city.
Email designs, email banners and various digital and print ads were also created to spread the word.
On-Site Signage
All were printed on foam-core and mounted throughout the event.
Event Photography
All photographers present were asked to donate their time and were given a shot list of moments to capture. There were 6 photographers present throughout the 12 hour event. By engaging a variety of photographers, we were able to cover the entire event free of charge.
Influencer Marketing
Several of our event photographers were also influencers in the Philly tourism, food and performance spaces. Choosing local, influencer content creators allowed both the Fringe-A-Thon and Fringe Arts social channels to extend their reach and gain visibility among new audiences.
